Spreadex keeps surprising us. As well as keeping a track-side presence with a bookie stand, camel coat and fedora they have just launched spread betting and fixed odds on virtual sports.

Spreadex have just launched Spreadex CFD trading to take on European financial clients, but now they’ve added yet another string to their already well feathered bow. Read our Spreadex Sports Review

If you haven’t bet with Spreadex in the past, give them a go because they have one of the widest ranges on offer in the UK and have a reputation for great customer service. Plus they are a pucker UK based company with head offices outside London in St Albans.  They are also regulated by the UK FCA and UK Gambling commission.

So how does virtual betting work?

Basically the platform, sports and games are provided by a company called VSoft Co who provide similar games for brands like Swissbet, White Hat Gaming and Eurobet.  They are also part of the Scarborough Esplanade Group headed by Kevin Mccabe who owns Sheffield United.

The rules are the same as Spreadex’s normal sports spread betting markets (apart from a couple such as Goal Rush), and they offer a comprehensive range of market types with the most popular bets being Total Goals, Supremacy and the Binary Result markets.

You can check out what markets and bet types are on offer here.

Who decides the results in virtual sports betting?

Basically, it’s the same as online casino games, the results are generated through a random number generator. And the games last a fraction of the time of normal matches so you can literally blitz through an entire season in one morning.

Here’s a quick summary of what you get with Spreadex virtual sports:
